Caroling Survey

Additional details:

In the survey we are asking for interest in being a Caroling Leader or a Caroling Stage Manager this year. See descriptions for each below:

CAROLING LEADER:

o   Begin caroling on time, keep caroling on pace and running smoothly
o   Give starting pitches (most likely from an iPad or phone)
o   Direct entrances and cut-offs
o   Make executive decisions about music (For example, if we have 30 minutes of music, but we are only scheduled to sing for 20 minutes, the caroling leader may make a determination of which songs to skip.)

CAROLING STAGE MANAGER:

o   Transport marketing materials to venue(s)
o   Meet the venue’s point person to confirm arrival (given to you ahead of time)
o   Set-up marketing materials at venues
o   If appropriate for the venue, tell patrons who we are, info. about upcoming concert(s), etc.
o   Collect marketing materials at the end of the gig and arrange for marketing materials to be passed to the next Stage Manager in the caroling schedule.

Three short caroling rehearsals have been scheduled. Please plan to attend at least 2 of them:

·      Monday, October 19: 6:00pm – 6:55pm (Our Redeemer LC)
·      Monday, November 2: 6:00pm – 6:55pm (Our Redeemer LC)
·      Monday, November 9: 6:00pm – 6:55pm (Our Redeemer LC)
