The piece beautifully captures what makes this performance so special—from Haydn's ingenious musical storytelling that depicts everything from the chaos before creation to roaring lions and singing birds, to the timeless relevance of this 225-year-old masterpiece in our current era of ecological and spiritual searching.
The article spotlights our talented soloists Jessica Pray Patel (soprano), Colin Wilson (tenor), and David Meyer (baritone), who will bring the roles of the archangels Gabriel, Uriel, and Raphael—as well as Adam and Eve—to vivid life alongside our chorus and chamber orchestra.
Robinson also shares details about our upcoming 54th season and information for those interested in auditioning to join Chamber Singers this fall. Auditions are scheduled for July 27, 28, 31, and August 4.
